Orphanage Visit at Tabeer Homes
We organized an engaging day of activities for children aged 6 to 15 at Tabeer Homes. Our team conducted interactive sessions including origami frog-making, creating memory jars, and mutual introductions to build trust and connection. At the end of the day, we distributed personalized goody bags to each child, packed with love and care.

Food-Drive in Slums
Later that same day, we extended our outreach to some of the most neglected slum settlements in Johar, where dozens of families live without access to basic resources. Ziraal volunteers carried out a street-level food distribution drive, delivering warm biryani meals to families, children, and elders. This wasn’t just about food — it was about restoring dignity and reminding people they are seen. We didn’t just drop off meals. Volunteers took time to engage in brief, humanizing conversations, and ensure each recipient received their share with respect and care — especially focusing on women, children, and the elderly.

Summer Camp at Tabeer Homes – Two Weeks of Learning Through Discovery
From the 1st to the 14th of July, Ziraal hosted a transformative two-week-long summer camp at Tabeer Homes.
Unlike conventional teaching models, we adopted a project-based learning approach — making education interactive, visual, and child-centered. Our goal was not just to teach, but to spark long-term curiosity and problem-solving skills in young minds. Volunteers conducted daily sessions across five key areas: Maths, English, History, Computer Science, Science
By fostering self-sufficiency, we enable families to feed themselves, send their children to school, and break free from the cycle of dependence. Your support helps cultivate hope and a secure future.

Hygiene Kit Drive for Women in Johar (Sponsored by Parwaz)
As part of our commitment to women’s dignity and health, Ziraal volunteers returned to the Johar settlements to conduct a hygiene drive focused exclusively on women. Living in slums often means no access to basic menstrual products or privacy — leading to shame, health risks, and social exclusion. We aimed to address this silent struggle with empathy and practicality. Our volunteers distributed custom-packed hygiene kits to local women, which included: Sanitary napkins, Undergarments, Antibacterial soap bars.
