Director of Operations
For applicants from Karachi only. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of operations, logistics, and team coordination within Ziraal. The Operations Director is responsible for managing workflows, organizing events and campaigns, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring teams stay structured, accountable, and efficient during execution.
Director of Publications
Applicants from any city are welcome. This role focuses on creating impactful, well-researched, and meaningful written content for Ziraal. The Publications Director is responsible for leading the publications team, developing awareness content and campaigns, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all writing, and using publications to raise awareness on important humanitarian and social issues.
Director of Social Media Marketing
Applicants from any city are welcome. This role focuses on managing Ziraal's social media presence and creating engaging digital content. The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the marketing team, planning creative campaigns, overseeing content quality and consistency, monitoring trends, and ensuring content is organized, impactful, and aligned with Ziraal's mission.
Director of Outreach
Applicants from any city are welcome. This role focuses on building meaningful partnerships and expanding Ziraal's network through professional outreach and collaboration. The Outreach Director is responsible for managing external communications, securing sponsorships and partnerships, representing Ziraal in collaborations and events, and leading the outreach team to support the organization's growth and impact.
General Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Must commit long-term to the leadership role (Minimum 6 months)
- Prior verifiable experience in leadership, deep teamwork dynamics, volunteering, or organizational management (NGO experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrated foundational responsibility, consistency metrics, and strong communication skills
- Unwavering readiness to actively contribute dedicated weekly time and structural efforts to Ziraal
Disqualification Criteria
- Providing false, exaggerated, or misleading information within the application fields
- Failing to respond in a timely manner during selection screening or onboarding protocols
- Showing a fundamental lack of seriousness, shallow effort, or broken commitment benchmarks
- Consistent inactivity or persistent unresponsiveness following official position assignment
- Inability to respect or meet the minimum weekly operational time allocation rules
- Demonstration of unprofessional behavior or communication protocols across evaluation tracks

The Operations Department ensures the smooth planning and execution of Ziraal's campaigns, events, and internal activities. Team members are responsible for coordinating logistics, managing resources and supplies, tracking tasks and deadlines, assisting with event planning, communicating with other departments, and helping solve operational challenges. This role is ideal for organized, reliable, and proactive individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Marketing Team
The Marketing Department is responsible for promoting Ziraal's campaigns, initiatives, and impact through engaging social media content. A key part of this role is creating and editing reels, brainstorming content ideas, following trends, and producing content that increases awareness and engagement. Team members will also assist with content planning and help maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms. This role is ideal for creative individuals who enjoy video editing, storytelling, and social media marketing.
Publications Team
The Publications Department is responsible for researching, writing, and creating informative content that raises awareness about humanitarian and social issues. Team members will conduct research, write articles and reports, fact-check information, and help develop educational content for Ziraal's platforms and campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, researching, and using their words to educate, advocate, and create meaningful impact.
Outreach Team
The Outreach Department is responsible for building relationships with organizations, schools, sponsors, donors, and potential collaborators. Team members help identify partnership opportunities, conduct professional outreach, maintain communication with external stakeholders, and support the growth of Ziraal's network. This role is ideal for confident, proactive, and well-spoken individuals who enjoy networking and representing Ziraal professionally.
Graphics Team
The Graphics Department is responsible for designing visual content for Ziraal's campaigns, events, and social media platforms. Team members create posters, social media posts, infographics, presentations, and other branding materials while maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity. This role is ideal for creative individuals who have an eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for using visuals to support a meaningful cause.
Fundraising Team
The Fundraising Department drives the financial sustainability of Ziraal's campaigns and initiatives. Team members support capital securing, assist with grant portfolio writing, help execute funding generation mechanics, and contribute to long-term donor management programs. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers who are motivated, persuasive, and passionate about turning vision into viable impact.

- Age: 12–23 years
- Passion for community service and creating real-world impact
- Willingness to commit time and effort to Ziraal's mission
- Ideal for students, aspiring writers, designers, marketers, organizers, and changemakers
